About the Role:
Care Remedy Inc is looking for a dedicated and passionate DDS Program Manager to join their team in Worthington, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead meaningful programs that make a real difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Developmental Disability Services (DDS) programs to ensure quality care and compliance
- Supervise, mentor, and support direct support professionals and program staff
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized support plans (ISPs) for program participants
- Ensure adherence to DDS regulations, state licensing requirements, and agency policies
- Coordinate with families, guardians, and external service providers to promote participant well-being
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and program records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working within DDS, developmental disabilities, or human services programs
- Knowledge of Massachusetts DDS regulations and compliance standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience supervising staff and managing program operations
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and individualized support planning
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
